Opening Ceremony: Art and Literature Exhibition & Awards

The Conwy Valley’s proud artistic tradition continues with a display of works by local children. The winners of the 2025 awards will be announced at 10:00 as part of the festival opening ceremony.

Live Music

Throughout the day they’ll be live folk music, buskers and a drum workshop where you can experience the joys of community music.

Rebel Hunt

Hunt down Dafydd ap Siencyn’s rebels! Find their names on Wanted posters around Gwydyr Park to receive the prestigious wax seal on your scroll.

Activities with Dwylo Bach

Gwydyr Park

Welcomes babies and children aged 0-5, accompanied by an adult.

This engaging session offers a wonderful opportunity for your little ones to explore nature, participate in imaginative activities, and learn about the legendary Dafydd ap Siencyn through play. Dress appropriately for the weather, as we’ll be outside come rain or shine.

No booking required. Supported by the Cloacenog Wind Farm Fund.
